§58‑86‑15.  Director.

There is created an office tobe known as Director of the North Carolina Firemen's and Rescue Squad Workers'Pension Fund.  He shall be named by the board and shall serve at its pleasure. The director shall be subject to the provisions of the State Personnel Act. The director shall promptly transmit to the State Treasurer all moneyscollected by him, which moneys shall be deposited by the State Treasurer intothe fund.
