§ 58‑88‑30. Administration costs.

The Association shall withholdtwelve percent (12%) from the money received pursuant to G.S. 20‑183.7(c)for the administration of the Fund. The Commissioner of Insurance shallwithhold two percent (2%) from the money received pursuant to G.S. 20‑183.7(c)for the administration of the Fund.  (1987, c. 584, s. 5; 1989 (Reg.
