§ 58‑90‑25.  Fundsto be deposited with State Treasurer.

Funds obtained by the NorthCarolina Health Innovations Commission for operations and programs of theCommission shall be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to theLegislative Services Office. The Legislative Services Office shall allocatethese funds for reimbursement to the Commission for operation and program costsincurred. (2004‑175,s. 6.)
