Interstate InsuranceProduct Regulation Compact Act.
§ 58‑91‑1. Preamble.
The Interstate InsuranceProduct Regulation Compact Act is intended to help states join together toestablish an interstate compact to regulate designated insurance products.
Pursuant to terms andconditions of this Article, this State seeks to join with other states andestablish the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact and thus become amember of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission. The Commissionerof Insurance, or the Commissioner's designee, is hereby designated to serve asthe representative of this State to the Commission. (2005‑183, s. 1;2009-382, s. 35.)
