§ 58‑91‑30. Meetings; acts of the Commission.

(a)        The Commissionshall meet and take such actions as are consistent with the provisions of thisCompact and the bylaws.

(b)        Each member of theCommission shall have the right and power to cast a vote to which thatcompacting state is entitled and to participate in the business and affairs ofthe Commission. A member shall vote in person or by any means provided in thebylaws. The bylaws may provide for members' participation in meetings bytelephone or other means of communication.

(c)        The Commissionshall meet at least once during each calendar year. Additional meetings shallbe held as set forth in the bylaws. (2005‑183, s. 1; 2009-382, s. 35.)
