§59‑108.  Business transactions of partner with the partnership.

Except as provided in thepartnership agreement, a partner may lend money to and transact other businesswith the limited partnership and, subject to G.S. 59‑804 and otherapplicable law, has the same rights and obligations with respect thereto as aperson who is not a partner.
