§ 59‑601.  Interimdistributions.

Except as provided in thisArticle, a partner is entitled to receive distributions from a limitedpartnership before his withdrawal from the limited partnership and before thedissolution and winding up thereof to the extent and at the times or upon thehappening of the events specified in the partnership agreement.
