§ 59‑606.  Right todistribution.

Subject to the otherprovisions of Part 6 of this Article, at the time a partner becomes entitled toreceive a distribution, the partner has the status of, and is entitled to allremedies available to, a creditor of the limited partnership with respect tothe distribution.
