§ 59‑73.20.  Conversion.

A domestic partnership mayconvert to a different business entity if:

(1)        The conversion ispermitted by the laws of the state or country governing the organization andinternal affairs of such other business entity; and

(2)        The convertingdomestic partnership complies with the requirements of this Part and, to theextent applicable, the laws referred to in subdivision (1) of this section. (1999‑369, s. 4.1; 2001‑387,ss. 105(b), 109, 110.)
