Part 4. Merger.

§ 59‑73.30.  Merger.

A domestic partnership maymerge with one or more other domestic partnerships or other business entitiesif:

(1)        The merger ispermitted by laws of the state or country governing the organization andinternal affairs of each other merging business entity; and

(2)        Each mergingdomestic partnership and each other merging business entity comply with therequirements of this Part and, to the extent applicable, the laws referred toin subdivision (1) of this section. (1999‑369, s. 4.1; 2001‑387, ss. 105(b),112.)
