§59‑905.  Changes and amendments.

If any statement in theapplication for registration of a foreign limited partnership was false whenmade or any arrangements or other facts described have changed, making theapplication inaccurate in any respect, the foreign limited partnership shallpromptly file in the office of the Secretary of State an original and oneconformed copy of a certificate, signed by a general partner, correcting suchstatement.
