§ 59B‑9. Effect ofjudgment or order.
A judgment or order against anonprofit association is not by itself a judgment or order against a member, aperson referred to as a "member" by the nonprofit association, or aperson authorized to participate in the management of the affairs of thenonprofit association. (2006‑226, s. 1.)
