§6‑29.  Costs of reassessment of homestead.

If the superior court at termshall confirm the appraisal or assessment, or shall increase the exemptionallowed the debtor or claimant, the levy shall stand only upon the excessremaining, and the creditor shall pay all the costs of the proceeding in court.If the amount allowed the debtor or claimant is reduced, the costs of theproceeding in court shall be paid by the debtor or claimant, and the levy shallcover the excess then remaining.
