§ 62‑168.  Notapplicable to debentures of court receivers.

Nothing contained in this Article shall limit the power of any courthaving jurisdiction to authorize or cause receiver's certificates or debenturesto be issued according to the rules and practice obtained in receivershipproceedings in courts of equity. (1933, c. 307, s. 25; 1963, c. 1165, s. 1.)
