§ 62‑316. Disclosure of information by employee of Commission unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for any agent or employees of the Commissionknowingly and willfully to divulge any fact or information which may come tohis knowledge during the course of any examination or inspection made underauthority of this Chapter, except as he may be directed by the Commission or bya court or judge thereof.
