§ 62‑4. Applicability of Chapter.

This Chapter shall not terminate the preexisting Commission orappointments thereto, or any certificates, permits, orders, rules orregulations issued by it or any other action taken by it, unless and untilrevoked by it, nor affect in any manner the existing franchises, territories,tariffs, rates, contracts, service regulations and other obligations and rightsof public utilities, unless and until altered or modified by or in accordancewith the provisions of this Chapter.
