§ 62‑45. Determination of cost and value of utility property.

The Commission, after notice and hearing, may ascertain and fix thecost or value, or both, of the whole or any part of the property of any publicutility insofar as the same is material to the exercise of the jurisdiction ofthe Commission, make revaluations from time to time, and ascertain the cost ofall new construction, extensions and additions to the property of every publicutility.
