§ 62-46. Water gauging stations. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 62‑46.  Watergauging stations.

The Commission may require the location, establishment, maintenance andoperation of any water gauging station which it finds is needed in the Stateover and above those required by federal agencies, and the Commission maycooperate with federal and other State agencies as to the location,construction and reports and the results of operation of such station.
