§ 62‑74. Complaints by public utilities.

Any public utility shall have the right to complain on any of thegrounds upon which complaints are allowed to be filed by other parties, and thesame procedure shall be adopted and followed as in other cases, except that thecomplaint and notice of hearing shall be served by the Commission upon suchinterested persons as it may designate.
