§ 63‑26.  Tampering withaircraft made crime.

Any person who shall, withoutthe consent of the owner, go upon or enter, tamper with or in any way damage orinjure any airplane or other aircraft, or any personal property under thecontrol of or being used by any public or private airport or aircraft landingfacility shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, and the showing of willfulor malicious intent shall not be necessary to sustain a conviction hereunder.
