§63‑57.  Powers specifically granted to counties.

(a)        The purposes ofthis Article are specifically declared to be county purposes as well asgenerally public, governmental and municipal.

(b)        The powers hereingranted to all municipalities are specifically declared to be granted tocounties in this State, any other statute to the contrary notwithstanding. (1945,c. 490, s. 10.)
