§63‑84.  Bonds and notes authorized.

In addition to the powershereinbefore granted, a district shall have power to issue bonds and notespursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Bond Act and the LocalGovernment Revenue Bond Act for the purpose of financing aeronauticalfacilities and to refund such bonds and notes, whether or not in advance oftheir maturity or earliest redemption date, and such bond or note issues mayinclude bonds or notes, the proceeds of which are to be applied to the retirementof outstanding bonds or notes of counties, cities, towns, incorporated villagesor airport authorities theretofore issued for the purpose of financingaeronautical facilities.
