§63A‑23.  Annual and quarterly reports.

The Authority shall, promptlyfollowing the close of each fiscal year, submit an annual report of itsactivities for the preceding year to the Governor, the General Assembly, andthe Local Government Commission. Each report shall be accompanied by an auditof its books and accounts. The audit shall be conducted by the State Auditor.The costs of all audits shall be paid from funds of the Authority.

The Authority shall submitquarterly reports to the Joint Legislative Commission on GovernmentalOperations. The reports shall summarize the Authority's activities during thequarter and contain any information about the Authority's activities that isrequested by the Commission.
