§64‑1.1.  Secretary of State to collect information as to foreignownership of real property.

The Secretary of State isauthorized and directed to collect all information obtainable from reports byaliens made to agencies of the federal government on ownership of real propertyinterests in North Carolina, to be updated every three months, and to maintaina file on such information which shall be available to the members of theGeneral Assembly and the public.
