§65‑65.  Trust fund; financial reports.

Within 60 days after the endof the calendar or fiscal year of the cemetery company, the trustee shallfurnish adequate financial  reports with respect to the care fund on formsprovided by the Commission. However, the Commission may require the trustee tomake such additional financial reports as it may deem advisable. (1975,c.  768, s. 1.)
