§ 66‑173.  Portablesmelters prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for anyperson to possess or operate a smelter in any mobile home, trailer, camper, orother vehicle or structure not permanently affixed to the ground, for thepurpose of refining precious metals.  Violation of the provisions of thissection shall constitute a Class 2 misdemeanor.
