§ 66-321. Notarization and acknowledgment.

§66‑321.  Notarization and acknowledgment.

If a law requires a signatureor record relating to a transaction to be notarized, acknowledged, verified, ormade under oath, the requirement is satisfied if the electronic signature ofthe person authorized to perform those acts, together with all otherinformation required to be included by other applicable law, is attached to orlogically associated with the signature or record.
