§66‑69.  Index of certificates kept by register of deeds.

Each register of deeds of thisState shall keep an index which will show alphabetically every assumed namewith respect to which a certificate is hereafter so filed in his county. Theindex shall also contain notations of any certificates of withdrawal orcertificates of transfer filed in the county.
