§ 66‑81.  Advertising orconducting sale contrary to Article; penalty.

Any person who shalladvertise, hold, conduct or carry on any sale of goods, wares or merchandiseunder the description of closing‑out sale or a sale of goods, wares ormerchandise damaged by fire, smoke, water or otherwise or a distress sale,contrary to the provisions of this Article, or who shall violate any of theprovisions of this Article shall be deemed guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
