§69‑25.13.  Privileges and taxes where territory removed from district.

In case any territory isremoved from any fire protection district from and after said removal, thetaxpayers and other residents of said removed territory shall cease to beentitled to the rights and privileges vested in them by their inclusion in saidfire protection district, and the taxpayers shall no longer be required to paytaxes upon their property within said district.
