§69‑25.17.  Validation of fire protection funds appropriated in providingrescue and ambulance services.

All prior appropriations andexpenditures by any county board of commissioners of funds derived from taxeslevied in rural fire protection districts, but used to provide rescue andambulance services within said districts, are hereby approved, confirmed,validated, and declared to be proper, authorized, and legal.
