§ 74‑38.  Commission tofile copies of bylaws with Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

(c)        In accordance withArticle V(i) of the Compact, the Commission shall file copies of the bylaws andany amendments thereto with the Department of Environment and NaturalResources.
