§74C‑16.  Prohibited acts.

(a), (b)  Repealed by SessionLaws 1989, c. 759, s. 13.

(c)        It shall beunlawful for anyone not licensed or registered as required under this Chapterto:

(1)        Advertise or to holdhimself out to be a licensee;

(2)        Advertise or to holdhimself out to perform services for which a license is required when, in fact,the individual is not licensed or registered in accordance with this Chapter.

(3)        Repealed by SessionLaws 1989, c. 759, s. 13.
