§ 74C‑22.  Continuingeducation.

The Board may requireindividuals holding a license, registration, certificate, or permit to completecontinuing education courses approved by the Board before renewal. The Boardshall establish, by rule, the number of hours of continuing education necessaryfor renewal and any other requirements for completion of continuing educationcourses. The Board shall have the authority to approve continuing educationcourses and shall consider the continuing education course criteria, includingthe course curriculum, the qualifications of the instructor, the potentialbenefit to the industry, and any other criteria the Board deems appropriate.
