§74E‑7.  Badges, uniforms, weapons, and vehicles.

Company police agencies shallbe responsible for ensuring that all employees, whether or not commissioned,comply with the provisions of this Chapter and the rules adopted under thisChapter, including those provisions pertaining to the wearing of badges anduniforms, the carrying of weapons, and the operation of vehicles.
