§ 74F‑13. Responsibilities of employers.

Every licensee under thisChapter shall provide to the Board the names of each person employed by thelicensee who either performs locksmith services or has access to locksmithtools. The licensee shall notify the Board within 30 days of any change in theinformation provided pursuant to this section. (2001‑369, s. 1.)
