§ 75A‑14.2.  Temporarywaiver of enforcement of no‑wake zones.

The Wildlife ResourcesCommission may temporarily and conditionally waive enforcement of a no‑wakezone upon petition by a unit of local government that encompasses or abuts theno‑wake zone if, after investigation of the reasons given for thetemporary and conditional waiver, the Commission determines that public safetyand the public welfare will not be significantly compromised by the waiver.
