§ 75A‑49.  Registrationprima facie evidence of ownership; rebuttal.

A valid certificate of numberissued under the provisions of this Chapter, or any similar document issuedunder the jurisdiction of any other state or country, shall be prima facieevidence of ownership of a vessel and entitlement to a certificate of titleunder the provisions of this Article, but ownership established by suchdocuments shall be subject to rebuttal.
