§75C‑5.  Enforcement.

Any person who suffers loss orpecuniary damages resulting from a violation of the provisions of this Chaptershall be entitled to bring an individual action to recover damages andreasonable attorney fees. The provisions of this Chapter may be enforced byinjunction or any other available equitable or legal remedy. Class actions arenot available under this Chapter. (1979, c. 463, s. 1.)
