§ 75D-10. Civil remedies are supplemental and not mutually exclusive.

§75D‑10.  Civil remedies are supplemental and not mutually exclusive.

The application of one civilremedy under this Chapter shall not preclude the application of any otherremedy under this Chapter or any other provision of law. Civil remedies underthis Chapter are cumulative, supplemental and not exclusive, and are inaddition to the fines, penalties and forfeitures set forth in a final judgmentof conviction of a violation of the criminal laws of this State as punishmentfor violation of the penal laws of this State.
