§75D‑11.  Reciprocal agreements with other states.

The Attorney General isauthorized to enter into reciprocal agreements with any United States attorneyor the attorney general or chief prosecuting attorney of any other state havinga civil forfeiture law substantially similar to this Chapter so as to furtherthe purpose of this Chapter.
