§76‑47.  Acting as pilot without license.

If any person shall act as apilot, who is not qualified and licensed in the manner prescribed in thisChapter, he shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor:  Provided, that shouldthere be no licensed pilot in attendance, any person may conduct into port anyvessel in danger from stress of weather or in a leaky condition.
