§ 77‑131.  (EffectiveJuly 1, 2010) Application of Article.

The provisions of this Articleapply only to the following:

(1)        A large vesselmarina that is located on coastal waters designated by the EnvironmentalProtection Agency as a no discharge zone or that is located in a county ormunicipality that has adopted a resolution to petition the EnvironmentalProtection Agency for a no discharge zone designation.

(2)        A vessel in coastalwaters that are either designated as a no discharge zone or are included in apetition to the Environmental Protection Agency to be designated as a nodischarge zone unless the petition has been denied by the EnvironmentalProtection Agency.  (2009‑345,s. 1.)
