§77‑73.  Compensation; budget.

The joint resolution of thethree counties  shall state the terms relating to compensation tocommissioners, if any,  compensation of consultants and staff members employedby the Commission,  and reimbursement of expenses incurred by commissioners,consultants, and  employees.  The Commission shall be governed by thosebudgetary and  accounting procedures specified by joint resolution.  (1997‑257,s. 4.)
