§ 7A‑110.  List ofattorneys furnished to Secretary of Revenue.

On or before the first of May each year the clerk of superior courtshall certify to the Secretary of Revenue the names and addresses of allattorneys‑at‑law located within the clerk's county who are engagedin the practice of law. (1931, c. 290; 1971, c. 363, s. 7; 1973, c. 476, s. 193.)
