§ 7A‑317.  Counties andmunicipalities not required to advance certain fees.

Counties and municipalitiesare required to advance costs except for the following:

(1)        The facilities fee.

(2)        The General Court ofJustice fee.

(3)        The miscellaneousfees enumerated in G.S. 7A‑308 in child support actions, child abuseactions, and other actions filed by the department of social services.

(4)        The civil processfees enumerated in G.S. 7A‑311.  (1967, c. 691, s. 35; 2007‑323, s. 30.10(d);2008‑193, ss. 1‑3.)
