§ 7A‑495. Implementation and administration.

(a)        Local District Program. – The Administrative Office of theCourts shall, in cooperation with each Chief District Court Judge and otherdistrict personnel, implement and administer the program mandated by thisArticle.

(b)        Advisory Committee Established. – The Director of theAdministrative Office of the Courts shall appoint a Custody Mediation AdvisoryCommittee consisting of at least five members to advise the Custody MediationProgram.  The members of the Advisory Committee shall receive the same per diemand reimbursement for travel expenses as members of State boards andcommissions generally.
