§ 7A‑797.  Eligiblepopulation; drug treatment court procedures.

The Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts, in conjunctionwith the State Drug Treatment Court Advisory Committee, shall develop criteriafor eligibility and other procedural and substantive guidelines for drugtreatment court operation. (1995, c. 507, s. 21.6(a); 1998‑212, s. 16.15(a).)
