§7B‑1202.  Conflict of interest or impracticality of implementation.

If a conflict of interestprohibits a local program from providing representation to an abused,neglected, or dependent juvenile, the court may appoint any member of thedistrict bar to represent the juvenile. If the Administrative Office of theCourts determines that within a particular district court district theimplementation of a local program is impractical, or that an alternative planmeets the conditions of G.S. 7B‑1203, the Administrative Office of theCourts shall waive the establishment of the program within the district.
