§ 7B‑2601.  Request formodification for lack of suitable services.

If the Department finds thatany juvenile committed to the Department's care is not suitable for itsprogram, the Department may make a motion in the cause so that the court maymake an alternative disposition that is consistent with G.S. 7B‑2508. (1979,c. 815, s. 1; 1998‑202, s. 6; 2000‑137, s. 3.)
